At the South Brisbane Day Hospital we use patient feedback as a way to guide our decisions on what improvements will provide better patient experiences and deliver better healthcare outcomes.
We have established a Patient Focus Group and consider it as profoundly important to the hospital. The input from patients and their carers will ultimately lead to improvements across a broad spectrum of areas within our Hospital.
We would like to invite patients to participate in our Patient Focus Group.
Our Patient Focus Group meets twice a year. Patients are invited to participate in confidential discussions on their experiences with us.
If you are interested in participating in our Patient Focus Group please complete and return the Expression of Interest Form. Forms can be returned by mail, in person or via email to hospitalmanager@sbdh.com.au.
